Project Manager

• Monitor multiple efficiency and AI initiatives across countries to promote operational excellence and measurable business results;
• Ensure transparency and alignment between stakeholders through structured governance, prioritization, and clear communication;
• Monitor and report on progress and performance, interpret key KPIs and analyses, and support target achievement and data-driven decision-making;
• Share best practices and insights across participating countries and functions to improve collaboration and efficiency;
• Take ownership of selected initiatives or projects and ensure successful delivery through professional project management methods;
• Establish clear prioritization and alignment of initiatives, monitor implementation progress and KPI achievement, and ensure transparency for relevant stakeholders;
• Independently manage and steer individual projects.

• Hold an academic degree or equivalent qualification, preferably in business administration, finance, or technology;
• Have 3–5 years of experience in project and/or program management;
• Have solid knowledge of the financial services sector and experience working with customer service and operational units;
• Have strong knowledge of project management methodologies;
• Have experience with lateral leadership and stakeholder management;
• Have experience leading data-driven and AI projects across functions and countries;
• Can prepare complex information for different audiences and keep track of multiple ongoing efficiency initiatives;
• Have fluent German and English;
• Nice to have: experience in debt collection, Jira, Lean Management, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar methods.
