Project Manager

• Lead cross-functional projects from initiation through handover to product teams;
• Build and maintain Delivery Roadmaps in Jira Plans;
• Ensure risks and blockers are driven to resolution, and project status stays transparent for all stakeholders at all times;
• Coordinate teams during discovery;
• Run kick-offs, risk sessions, planning meetings, and retrospectives;
• Close projects against the checklist.

• Have 5+ years of project management experience in product-focused IT companies;
• Possess strong Jira skills;
• Have a solid understanding of the product development lifecycle and SDLC;
• Have experience facilitating kick-offs, planning sessions, risk workshops, and retrospectives;
• Possess the ability to stay focused on outcomes in ambiguous, fast-moving environments;
• Be a strong communicator and able to drive results without formal authority;
• Nice to have: Prior experience in a PMO or program management function, background managing projects with hard deadlines or external dependencies, PMP certification or equivalent, experience in finance or trading domain, familiarity with TradingView as a product.
