Project Manager

The company is looking for an experienced project manager to lead a global network transformation programme across a large volume of retail stores in partnership with a global telecommunications provider.

• Own end-to-end delivery of the circuit upgrade and SD-WAN rollout, including migrating stores from incumbent local ISPs to a standardized global carrier;
• Manage rollout sequencing across clusters, balancing throughput capacity, contract end dates, and market readiness;
• Establish and maintain a single source of truth for contract, circuit, and site data across all markets, standardizing formats and resolving discrepancies against authoritative sources;
• Run governance and reporting, including monthly delivery status, cost modelling, risk and capacity tracking, and executive-ready reporting for leadership;
• Lead stakeholder management across regional cluster teams and the delivery partner, aligning expectations, correcting misconceptions with evidence, and driving change-management and ordering processes;
• Coordinate in-store delivery models, including multi-visit installation and secondary/primary line cutover with vendor and in-store network operations teams;
• Model recurring and one-off costs across markets and feed into long-range financial planning.

• Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-market IT infrastructure or network programmes, ideally in retail or a distributed-site environment;
• Strong understanding of enterprise networking concepts: WAN/SD-WAN, internet circuits, ISP contracts, and in-store network hardware;
• Excellent data discipline; you establish authoritative sources, flag overcounting or weak assumptions, and never guess on ambiguous data;
• Confident executive communicator who can distil complexity into lean, decision-ready reporting;
• Skilled stakeholder manager, comfortable navigating skeptical or competing audiences across geographies and cultures;
• Strong vendor and partner management experience, including third-party delivery governance;
• Fluency with delivery tooling, including project tracking, ITSM/ServiceNow, and Excel/PowerPoint for governance and reporting;
• Nice to have: Cisco Meraki experience.
