Project Manager

Noom Studio is a boutique creative agency helping lifestyle, wellness, and hospitality brands build standout digital presences through social strategy, content, and storytelling.

• Manage projects and client deliverables end-to-end;
• Own deadlines across the team and follow up with people to make sure they meet them;
• Keep a content and shoot calendar across all clients;
• Help organise shoots and shoot logistics including locations, date, shoot plan, talent, and equipment;
• Support marketing activities and events;
• Delegate tasks to interns and track task progress;
• Give clear and constructive feedback to team members;
• Help run the recruiting process by screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and keeping the pipeline organized;
• Organize and maintain the Notion workspace and set up an internal intranet;
• Keep files, content, calendars, and project materials organized and easy to find;
• Set up smart automations between tools for notifications, reminders, and status updates;
• Plan and organize meetings both internally and with clients;
• Connect with team members to discuss developments, priorities, status updates, and blockers;
• Jump in on social media management tasks for clients when needed;
• Take full ownership of a client's social media account depending on capacity.

• Have experience in project management, ideally in an agency or client-services environment, and be familiar with the Scrum methodology;
• Be comfortable managing your own time in a part-time freelance role;
• Be proactive in identifying blockers or needs and take initiative on helping the team overcome them;
• Be confident in Notion, or pick up new tools fast if not yet;
• Be based in and available during the Amsterdam timezone.

• Work directly with the founders and have real influence over how the studio runs day to day;
