• Join calls with clients alongside Hayden and help translate conversations into clear, organized requirements and next steps;
• Keep client projects organized by tracking what has been asked for, what is in progress, and what is outstanding;
• Take ownership of content across web, social, and other channels by organizing, publishing, and maintaining consistency;
• Help answer and triage support requests and escalate where needed;
• Keep content and creative assets organized and easy to find;
• Set up and manage targeted ad campaigns;
• Jump in wherever needed as priorities shift week to week.

• Strong written and verbal English;
• Strong communication skills that are clear, professional, and comfortable adapting tone across clients;
• Comfortable holding ambiguity and organizing it into something clear and actionable;
• Detail-oriented, especially around content, assets, and ticket tracking;
• Self-directed and comfortable in a small, remote-first team without heavy process or oversight;
• Nice to have: Familiarity with digital ads such as Meta or Google, an eye for design and aesthetics, prior experience in project or account management, marketing operations, or client services.
