- Coordinate on-site activities across the bank, Visa, processors, and vendors;
- Manage the licensing upgrade, portfolio migration, and digital card implementation.
требования
- Have 5+ years of experience in program or delivery management;
- Possess hands-on experience in banking, payments, or card issuing;
- Demonstrate experience coordinating multiple stakeholders including banks, schemes, and processors;
- Understand banking governance, risk, and compliance;
- Exhibit executive communication and stakeholder management skills;
- Speak English at Upper-Intermediate or higher level;
- Speak Serbian at Advanced or higher level;
- Work full-time on-site in Belgrade;
- Nice to have: Principal membership or scheme upgrade experience, card migration of 100,000+ cards, Apple Pay / Google Pay implementation, PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or Scrum certification.
