Andersen is hiring a Programme Delivery Manager for a Visa project involving a licensing upgrade, portfolio migration of approximately 200,000 cards, and digital card implementation, requiring on-site coordination across banks, Visa, processors, and vendors.

• Coordinate on-site activities across the bank, Visa, processors, and vendors;
• Manage the licensing upgrade, portfolio migration, and digital card implementation.

• Have 5+ years of experience in program or delivery management;
• Possess hands-on experience in banking, payments, or card issuing;
• Demonstrate experience coordinating multiple stakeholders including banks, schemes, and processors;
• Understand banking governance, risk, and compliance;
• Exhibit executive communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Speak English at Upper-Intermediate or higher level;
• Speak Serbian at Advanced or higher level;
• Work full-time on-site in Belgrade;
• Nice to have: Principal membership or scheme upgrade experience, card migration of 100,000+ cards, Apple Pay / Google Pay implementation, PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or Scrum certification.
