Project Manager

Spiralyze provides marketing services and specializes in running high-impact A/B testing experiments for clients. The company coordinates cross-functional teams to deliver research, strategy, design, development, and analytics services.

• Manage cross-functional teams of 5–10 people;
• Ensure tests move smoothly from idea to build, launch, and analysis;
• Spot risks early and unblock teams;
• Build and maintain a testing roadmap of 10–20 upcoming experiments;
• Communicate the strategy and plan to stakeholders;
• Walk clients through progress and results in weekly meetings;
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and internal teams;
• Maintain clarity, positivity, and momentum within the team.

• Strong organizational skills and diligence;
• Ability to work with systems, checklists, and timelines;
• Proactive communication style;
• High agency and ability to learn quickly;
• Interest in technology and design;
• Nice to have: Prior A/B testing experience, formal project management experience.
