Project Manager

Bolttech is an international insurtech company that builds a technology-enabled ecosystem for protection and insurance. The organization provides digital and data-driven capabilities to connect insurers, distributors, and customers, facilitating the buying and selling of insurance and protection products. It operates as part of the Pacific Century Group and serves markets across North America, Asia, and Europe.

• Manage and deliver technology and business-related projects across Europe within scope, timelines, and budgets;
• Define project scope and objectives based on customer needs and business priorities;
• Prepare project documentation, including Project Charter and RACI, and lead project kick-offs;
• Ensure resource planning and allocation in collaboration with project sponsors;
• Facilitate discovery sessions and support requirements elicitation, validation, and documentation;
• Consolidate acceptance criteria from stakeholders and departments;
• Identify, assess, and manage risks, issues, and dependencies;
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including critical path management;
• Establish governance structures and ensure adherence to internal frameworks and standards;
• Lead project meetings such as steering committees and team stand-ups;
• Manage changes to scope, timelines, and budgets;
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, clients, partners, and vendors;
• Provide status updates and prepare project reports for stakeholders;
• Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and methodologies;
• Conduct retrospectives and ensure project closure;
• Support portfolio reporting, audits, and risk monitoring;
• Drive data collection, analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field;
• 4–5 Years of experience in Project Management or as a Scrum Master;
• Fluent English and Polish (written and spoken);
• Proven experience delivering client-facing solutions in insurance, telco, banking, or mobility sectors;
• Experience in digital or retail environments with strong stakeholder management exposure;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines;
• Strong problem-solving and team coordination skills;
• Willingness to travel occasionally for short periods;
• Nice to have: Understanding of technical concepts or prior technical development experience, knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management frameworks, formal project management certification, proficiency in German, French, Italian, or Spanish.
