Project Manager

Ruby Labs is a tech company that creates and operates innovative consumer products across the health, education, and entertainment industries.

• Maintain tasks and delivery tracking across teams;
• Manage the backlog;
• Coordinate cross-functional handoffs and ensure collaboration between product, engineering, QA, and other teams;
• Manage onboarding for new team members;
• Investigate and route incoming issues and escalations;
• Post regular team updates and summaries;
• Identify process gaps and propose improvements.

• 3+ Years of experience in project management, product ownership, or operations in a tech company;
• Highly organised with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through;
• Proactive approach to surfacing and resolving problems;
• Clear and concise written communication skills;
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously;
• Fast learner who adapts quickly to new contexts and tools;
• Improvement-oriented mindset;
• Nice to have: Experience working across both product and growth teams, background in a fast-scaling consumer or SaaS product.
