Emerging Travel Group is a global travel-tech company that develops advanced online booking platforms for individual tourists, travel agents, and companies organizing business trips. задачи
- Design, implement, and manage override incentive programs to drive sales growth and ensure profitability;
- Optimize and refine incentive programs for competitiveness and cost-effectiveness;
- Develop structured governance for performance tracking and alignment;
- Monitor, analyze, and adjust incentives to maximize ROI;
- Lead testing of different incentive structures and scale successful models;
- Develop and implement partner-level payment management frameworks;
- Track payment costs and fees;
- Identify and act on opportunities to optimize payment methods for better margin and revenue;
- Drive and monitor changes in payment terms in partnership with the commercial team;
- Improve processes to reduce manual work and errors;
- Collect and analyze feedback from partners to enhance payment solutions;
- Map and analyze end-to-end commercial processes to identify gaps and bottlenecks;
- Design and implement improved operating models with clear roles and service levels;
- Build documentation including playbooks, guidelines, and checklists;
- Establish a single source of truth and governance for payouts and payments;
- Drive change adoption via training and process discipline;
- Set up automation and monitoring for critical failure points.
требования
- 3–6 Years of experience in project management, revenue growth, revenue operations, or business process optimization;
- Ability to build, implement, and refine structured revenue-focused mechanisms;
- Strong process design and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives at scale;
- Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets;
- Working knowledge of Tableau or Power BI;
- Solid understanding of pricing, incentives, and partner engagement;
- Strategic, results-driven mindset with high ownership;
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills;
- English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
