Tabby provides financial services that allow users to split payments for online and in-store purchases without interest or fees. The company operates as a high-growth fintech platform in the GCC region, focusing on reshaping consumer relationships with money through shopping, earning, and saving tools.
задачи
- Champion AI adoption across the People division by making AI practical and embedded in daily work;
- Identify, evaluate, and implement AI-powered tools for HR use cases such as CV screening, interview scheduling, benefits automation, and performance calibration;
- Redesign existing People processes using AI agents to reduce errors and eliminate manual tasks;
- Rebuild key workflows across Recruitment, HRBP, L&D, Operations, and Performance Management to be AI-first;
- Deploy AI chatbot and agent solutions to handle employee queries and automate HR support requests;
- Implement AI tooling for generating personalized development plans and data-driven performance reviews;
- Build and maintain secure, scalable AI infrastructure for the People function with clear deployment standards;
- Ensure AI initiatives align with compliance, risk management, and data protection requirements in UAE and KSA;
- Design and run a structured AI training program for the People team.
требования
- Proven hands-on experience implementing and optimizing AI tools and automations in a business environment;
- Strong technical understanding of AI platforms, integrations, and workflow automation tools;
- Experience integrating AI or technology solutions into internal systems and business processes;
- Background in a large or complex organization with exposure to compliance, risk management, and data governance;
- Track record of owning end-to-end transformation projects and delivering measurable outcomes;
- Ability to translate technical AI capabilities into user-friendly solutions for non-technical teams;
- Strong communication and enablement skills to educate and influence others;
- Nice to have: Prior experience working within an HR or People function, familiarity with HR tech ecosystems (ATS, HRIS, LMS), experience building AI chatbots or conversational agents, exposure to FinTech or high-growth startups in the MENA region, hands-on experience with AI development or prompt engineering.
