• Administer the project portfolio at a high level and manage the operational and goal-setting rhythm of the division;
• Launch new projects and lead internal operational initiatives end-to-end;
• Ensure infrastructure, processes, and ground rules for smooth project execution;
• Support portfolio-level practices, including project maturity assessment and management;
• Set up project structures and boards in Jira and other trackers, ensuring data integrity and adherence to deadlines;
• Conduct needs assessments and stakeholder analysis to define project goals and deliverables;
• Analyze existing processes to identify bottlenecks and implement efficiency improvements;
• Manage the rhythm of recurring meetings, including agendas, materials, and follow-ups;
• Track and cascade goals from strategy down to teams;
• Prepare recurring leadership materials and presentations for C-level management;
• Provide organizational support for key events such as summits and strategic sessions;
• Implement AI tools and automation to boost productivity and reporting.

• 2–3 Years of experience in project management, project administration, or operations support, including cross-functional projects and portfolio management;
• Proficiency with task-tracking and project-management platforms like Jira;
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and automation tools;
• Strong ability to structure complex information into clear presentations and reports;
• English at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher;
• Nice to have: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Administration, Public Policy, Social Science, or a related field, experience in a non-profit or impact organization.
