Freedom24 is the European arm of Freedom Holding Corp, a publicly listed, US-audited financial group. The company is a CySEC-regulated, MiFID II-compliant investment firm serving over 400,000 clients across Europe, with offices in multiple EU countries and access to over 15 global exchanges.
задачи
- Design and run a single controlled entry point for all legal requests including intake forms, request categories, and ownership rules;
- Build logic for triaging and routing legal matters to the appropriate department or self-service tool;
- Define and enforce standards for request content to reduce rework and ad hoc pressure;
- Design the SLA model and ensure delays are visible and properly attributed;
- Act as business owner for Legal Unit tooling including workflow logic, dashboards, and AI-assisted intake;
- Build management reporting for the CLO covering workload, cycle time, SLA compliance, and legal spend;
- Convert recurring work into templates, playbooks, and self-service products;
- Maintain a Legal Debt register and support external-counsel administration.
требования
- 10+ Years in Legal Operations, legal project management, or legal service delivery;
- Hands-on experience implementing or managing LegalTech tools such as workflow, matter-management, or e-signature systems;
- Proven process design skills including workflow mapping and operational controls;
- Strong grasp of end-to-end legal workflows and document lifecycles;
- Experience in medium-to-large organizations with high document volume;
- Experience working with European legal or regulatory workflows;
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills;
- Professional written and spoken English and Russian;
- Nice to have: background in fintech or brokerage, familiarity with CySEC/MiFID/GDPR, experience with tools like GLPI/DocuSign/SharePoint, experience building Legal Front Doors, experience managing legal budgets, experience leading an operations team, knowledge of an additional European language.
