Project Manager

Talent Garden is a leading digital skills academy in Europe, empowering individuals and organizations to thrive in the innovation ecosystem through diverse learning experiences. Founded in Italy in 2011, Talent Garden has trained over 25,000 professionals in digital skills and business innovation, developed tailored corporate education programs for Fortune 500 companies, and built a network of 11 campuses in 4 countries, hosting over 4,500 innovators from startups, corporate labs, investors, and SMEs.

We are currently seeking a dedicated professional to join our Corporate Transformation B2B Team in the role of Junior Project Manager. You will own the delivery phase, ensuring seamless and data-informed project execution, strong client trust, and continuous improvement of the learning experience.

• Plan, manage, and monitor project deliveries, coordinating faculty, client agendas, and key stakeholders.
• Contribute to the design of the learning programs drafted by our Learning & Innovation Designers, refining and translating them into clear delivery plans and detailed session flows.
• Contribute directly to delivery, taking an active client-facing role in the room and, at times, leading parts of the experience firsthand.
• Manage communications with all stakeholders (participants, business leaders, suppliers), ensuring clarity and alignment identifying and resolving project issues proactively.
• Monitor progress against objectives, including project economics, while identifying inefficiencies and opportunities to optimise workflows through AI.
• Oversee all operational aspects of delivery — logistics, catering, platforms, and learning tools — optimising processes where possible.

Ideally, you are a Project Manager with at least 2 years of experience in the learning or corporate training environment. You are passionate about designing and delivering learning and transformative experiences.

On top of this:

• You bring solid project management experience in Learning, Education, or Innovation contexts, with exposure to corporate clients and structured program delivery.
• You are comfortable managing budgets, timelines, and multiple stakeholders, balancing operational excellence with financial discipline.
• You actively use AI tools in your day-to-day work to support planning, information synthesis, coordination, and execution, making them an integrated part of your workflow.
• You have a solid understanding of, and genuine interest in, AI and its business applications, and you would feel comfortable navigating AI-related conversations.
• You demonstrate strong client management and communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with both participants and senior stakeholders.
• You show resilience, organisation, and accountability in fast-paced environments, maintaining quality under pressure.
• You have a genuine interest in innovation and digital transformation and are comfortable working in evolving, dynamic contexts.
• You have native-level proficiency in Italian and professional fluency in English.
• You are either based in Milan or can easily reach it.

• Hybrid work environment, allowing you to work wherever you prefer, unless your physical presence is needed for business reasons.
• Access to all our co-working spaces across Europe.
• Free access to all our Master courses.
• Meal vouchers and a €1,000 welfare budget to spend as you like
• Mum&Dad policy offering (even more) flexible remote work options for expecting parents, a €1,000 bonus, and additional leave for dads to bond with their child.
• An extra 6 working days of vacation each year, on top of local regulations.
• December 24 and 31 automatically become holidays when they fall on weekdays.
• Company-provided MacBook.
• Access to discounts, events, and networking opportunities at our co-working spaces.
• P.S. We’re pet-friendly, so you’re welcome to bring your furry friend to work!
