What this job involves:

As a Project Manager at JLL in Raynesway, Derby, you'll be at the forefront of shaping a brighter way for our client Rolls-Royce. In this role, you'll lead and oversee CDM 2015 Reg Notifiable & Non-notifiable projects, ensuring they're delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You'll collaborate with diverse teams locally and across our Raynesway site, embracing innovative ways of working to drive successful outcomes. Your expertise will be crucial in managing our clients expectations, coordinating with stakeholders, and implementing best practices in project management. • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets for site based projects
• Lead cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation within JLL
• Manage client relationships, ensuring clear communication and alignment with UK market expectations
• Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing effective solutions tailored to UK regulations
• Monitor project progress and performance, making data-driven decisions
• Conduct regular status meetings and prepare reports for stakeholders
• Champion sustainable and technologically advanced solutions in project execution, aligning with UK sustainability goals
