The Professional Engagement & Programs Manager within the Global Oral Healthcare team, will play a vital role in building and growing advocacy for our Philips Sonicare brands (power toothbrush and interdental solutions) and Philips ZOOM! (whitening solutions), strengthening our credibility and trusted reputation among dental professionals worldwide.

You're the right fit if:

You are obsessed with your customer (the Dental Professional) and see every single interaction as an opportunity to build our brand.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Healthcare, Life Sciences or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience across professional marketing, engagement, education, or program management, preferably within oral healthcare, healthcare, MedTech or a comparable environment.
• Proven experience in developing and executing professional engagement programs, translating strategy into impactful activation.
• Experience working with agencies and MarCom teams, from briefing through development and execution of professional and patient-facing materials.
• Experience with student and university engagement programs, professional events and/or KOL engagement is a strong advantage.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, timelines and stakeholders (like regulatory & compliance) simultaneously.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a complex, cross-functional and international matrix organization.
• Strong attention to detail and a high standard of execution, ensuring (f.e. training, CRM) programs and deliverables are accurate, well-coordinated and delivered with excellence.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The base gross annual salary range for this role is 81.000 – 101.000 EUR annual. We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations. This role is eligible for 3 % bonus, with your rewards linked to KPIs/company results. We’ll share the full approach with you during the interview process, so you can make a clear, informed decision.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.

This position is based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
