ShowHeroes is a global provider of CTV and digital video advertising solutions. Its SemanticHero AI platform delivers privacy-conscious advertising and video solutions, while its MAX Platform Team develops online video technology used across thousands of sites and billions of views per month.
задачи
Design new platform features and own the process from ideation to delivery
Drive technical discussions with engineering team leads and create functional specifications, conducting independent research where necessary
Define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables with engineering team leads
Prioritize development effort based on business value, technical complexity, and strategic goals
Coordinate cross-functional efforts between product teams, engineering, and external stakeholders
Manage project schedules and project or feature releases
Track and report product KPIs, ensuring alignment with business objectives
требования
5+ Years of experience in program or product management in video technology, digital publishing, advertising technology, software engineering, or a related field
2+ Years of hands-on experience with web publishing technologies, such as video players, content management systems, or content contextual analysis
Working knowledge of digital advertising standards such as Prebid, VAST, VPAID, IMA, IAB formats, or IAB taxonomy
Understanding of web technologies, including HTML5, JavaScript, and browser capabilities
Experience in UX design, such as creating wireframes
Demonstrable experience with Agile software development methodologies and productivity tools
Proficient in English
