• Own the vision, roadmap, and value delivery for Group AI products aligned to business strategy and objectives
• Engage senior stakeholders across banners and functions to align priorities and manage dependencies
• Translate business requirements into clear AI product propositions, MVPs, and prioritised backlogs
• Balance business value, technical feasibility, data readiness, and risk when making delivery decisions
• Define and track outcome-based success measures to demonstrate impact, adoption, and product performance
• Continuously refine priorities and scope based on delivery outcomes, feedback, and learning
• Partner with Technology and business teams to ensure AI products remain scalable, reliable, and continuously improved
• Support the adoption and optimisation of AI products across the organisation
• Ensure stakeholders feel heard and engaged, even where competing priorities impact roadmap decisions
• Champion responsible AI practices throughout the product lifecycle

• Previous Product Owner or Product Management experience within technology or digital delivery environments
• Strong understanding of agile delivery methodologies and product management practices
• Experience working across cross-functional teams including technology, engineering, data, and business stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability with confident IT literacy
• Experience delivering IT-related change initiatives within complex business environments
• Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and facilitation skills
• Strong communication and relationship-building capability across all levels of the organisation
• Ability to prioritise effectively and make informed trade-off decisions
• Collaborative mindset with strong team-working capability
• Experience building and delivering initiatives using structured project or product methodologies
