• Own and manage the product backlog, priorities, and roadmap;
• Drive product delivery from requirements through release;
• Manage stakeholder expectations and align business needs with team capabilities;
• Collaborate with development, design, and other stakeholders across mobile and web streams;
• Coordinate the transition from legacy web and mobile applications to a unified solution;
• Manage dependencies and integrations with other platforms and systems;
• Help teams identify and remove blockers and improve delivery processes;
• Bring structure and clarity to requirements in a complex and changing environment.

• 5+ Years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in software development projects;
• Proven experience delivering web and mobile applications;
• Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing communication skills;
• Experience working in complex organizational environments with multiple teams and competing priorities;
• Strong understanding of the product delivery lifecycle, agile methodologies, and backlog management;
• Ability to establish clear direction in ambiguous situations with changing requirements;
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset;
• Ability to quickly understand new business domains and technical landscapes;
• Upper-Intermediate English or above;
• Nice to have: experience with digital transformation or platform modernization initiatives, experience leading consolidation of multiple products into a single platform, background in asset management, energy, industrial, or enterprise platforms, experience working with distributed international teams.
