• Ship products from 0→1 and scale them beyond launch;
• Navigate ambiguity and turn messy problems into clear priorities;
• Move quickly, iterate often, and learn from users;
• Write clearly and communicate ideas effectively;
• Make strong product decisions with imperfect information;
• Obsess over user experience and product quality;
• Work directly with customers and deeply understand their needs;
• Collaborate closely with engineers and designers to deliver exceptional products.

• Have experience as a founder, product manager, designer, engineer, or data analyst who has taken products from idea to reality;
• Be deeply curious about AI and actively use it in your work;
• Nice to have: AI-native or agentic products, Creator tools and creator economy products, Collaboration software, Cloud storage, asset management, or file-based workflows, Growth, onboarding, activation, retention, or monetization, Consumer subscriptions and paywalls, Mobile consumer products, Marketplaces and two-sided platforms, B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
