• Define and execute product strategy aligned with local regulatory requirements across African markets;
• Lead product development across different product lifecycle stages;
• Adapt the product offering to local market conditions and customer needs;
• Work closely with technology, compliance, legal, and commercial teams;
• Drive product-market fit within licensed local jurisdictions;
• Identify market opportunities and support business growth across the region.

• 5+ Years in senior product leadership within fintech, brokerage, online trading, or financial services;
• Proven experience working with locally regulated financial products in Africa or comparable emerging markets;
• Strong understanding of regional regulatory requirements, payment infrastructure, and customer behavior;
• Experience launching financial products under local licensing frameworks;
• Strong execution skills with a commercial mindset;
• Nice to have: Direct experience working with financial regulators or licensed entities in Africa, experience with trading or brokerage platforms, deep understanding of regional market specifics and customer expectations.
