Paybis is a global fintech company operating in the crypto and payments sectors. The organization builds infrastructure that enables users and businesses to buy, sell, and move cryptocurrency in a secure and regulated manner across more than 180 countries.

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 4 TPOs embedded across 7 product streams;
• Own hiring and performance management of the TPO team;
• Define and maintain TPO standards, including backlog quality, AC format, and TRD/BRD templates;
• Identify delivery gaps across streams and drive clarity on project timelines and responsibilities;
• Act as an escalation point for blockers and cross-stream dependencies;
• Own the B2C product stream backlog end-to-end;
• Write technical requirements including TRD, BRD, and UML sequence diagrams;
• Refine backlog items from discovery to sprint-ready in collaboration with engineering and design;
• Monitor delivery quality and velocity while surfacing risks proactively;
• Collaborate daily with engineering leads, product designers, and the CPO.

• 3+ Years of experience as a Technical Product Owner or Senior TPO;
• Proven experience directly managing a team of POs or TPOs;
• Hands-on technical requirements writing skills: TRD, BRD, and UML sequence diagrams;
• Strong Business Analysis foundation including process mapping, gap analysis, and requirements documentation;
• Experience with backlog ownership at the technical level with trade-off decision-making;
• Experience in fintech, payments, crypto, or a similarly complex and regulated technical product environment;
• Strong stakeholder management skills across engineering, business, and C-level;
• High autonomy and ability to work without micromanagement;
• Fluent English;
• Nice to have: Crypto-specific product experience, knowledge of MiCA/VASP/EU regulatory frameworks, experience building a TPO/PO practice from scratch, CSPO/SAFe PO/PM or CBAP certifications, platform or API product ownership experience.
