задачи
- Own and manage the end-to-end product roadmap and lifecycle from ideation to launch;
- Direct the product launch process within a project environment;
- Prioritize product features and maintain the product backlog in an agile framework;
- Develop user personas and detailed user stories;
- Translate user needs into technical requirements and specifications using Jira and Confluence;
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Marketing, Business Development, and stakeholders;
- Track, monitor, and evaluate product performance post-launch;
- Collect user feedback to implement data-driven improvements;
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry gaps and fintech trends.
требования
- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Manager in the fintech industry or a related field;
- Fluency in English;
- Proven track record of delivering successful product launches;
- Experience with wireframing and mockup design tools like Figma, Moqups, or Balsamiq;
- Understanding of the full project lifecycle and SDLC;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to meet strict deadlines and multitask;
- Nice to have: Additional languages, professional certification (Prince 2, PMP, Scrum Master/Product Owner).
