Product Owner

Infinite Computer Solutions provides IT services and consulting, specializing in digital transformation and technology solutions for various industries.

• Own end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, definition, and execution for Small Business Payments solutions;
• Partner with engineering, operations, compliance, risk/fraud, treasury, sales, and marketing teams to deliver product initiatives;
• Translate business opportunities and customer needs into product requirements, user stories, and delivery plans;
• Lead the product development lifecycle from discovery through implementation and post-launch optimization;
• Define MVP scope and prioritize enhancements based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility;
• Collaborate within a scaled Agile environment and support multiple concurrent product releases;
• Develop understanding of financial institution workflows, merchant services, and small business customer needs;
• Drive go-to-market planning, launch readiness, and stakeholder communication strategies;
• Identify market trends, competitive offerings, and emerging payment technologies;
• Define and monitor key product performance metrics, KPIs, adoption trends, and operational effectiveness;
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors, fintech partners, and external technology providers;
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across digital banking, payments, and merchant services platforms.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related field;
• 8–10 Years of Product Management experience in Agile software development environments;
• Proven experience managing digital payment products, banking products, or fintech solutions;
• Strong experience working with cross-functional engineering and business teams;
• Experience supporting web and mobile digital platforms;
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and stakeholder management skills;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences;
• Experience prioritizing requirements, managing product backlogs, and balancing competing priorities;
• Knowledge of payment ecosystems, merchant acquiring, card processing, or digital banking solutions;
• Nice to have: Experience managing accounting, treasury, AP/AR, or finance-related software products, experience building products for small business customers, knowledge of fraud prevention, risk management, compliance, and operational workflows, experience with merchant acquiring and payment processing platforms, knowledge of real-time payments and digital transaction processing, experience working with fintech integrations, APIs, and third-party payment providers, familiarity with Agile frameworks such as Scrum or SAFe.
