• Own and deliver a value-driven product roadmap aligned with product strategy, customer needs, and business objectives;
• Drive measurable customer and business value through continuous optimization and innovation;
• Lead the execution of product initiatives by partnering with Engineering, Design, and Data teams;
• Use customer insight, market research, analytics, and experimentation to inform decision-making and prioritization;
• Translate complex or ambiguous problems into clear product initiatives;
• Create clarity of scope and support delivery activities including refinement, testing, and release planning;
• Collaborate with product peers to ensure seamless end-to-end customer experiences;
• Build relationships with stakeholders to influence decisions and create strategic alignment;
• Improve product ways of working and foster a culture of rapid learning;
• Support governance and risk management practices in line with regulatory requirements;
• Work with engineering mission teams to drive agile practices;
• Build a technical understanding of price comparison website operations.

• Experience owning and delivering digital products in a fast-paced environment;
• Strong understanding of the product delivery lifecycle and lean delivery principles;
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution;
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to use data to shape strategy;
• Confident communication, documentation, and facilitation skills;
• Experience motivating teams and delivering results in fast-paced environments;
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt to changing priorities;
