задачи
- Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution across multiple European markets;
- Lead regional product adaptation, localization, compliance-driven changes, and market-specific growth initiatives;
- Drive cross-functional delivery with Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, Marketing, and Operations teams;
- Define priorities, KPIs, and success metrics together with Country Directors of the respective regions;
- Use data, user research, and experimentation to improve product performance across regions.
требования
- 5+ Years in Product Management, including senior leadership experience;
- Strong experience owning multi-market or regional product strategy;
- Solid understanding of product analytics, experimentation, user experience, and growth;
- Ability to align business, regulatory, and customer needs across different markets;
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and strategic thinking skills;
- Fluent English.
