Product Owner

• Elicit and document technical and business requirements for complex projects, translating stakeholder needs into user stories and acceptance criteria;
• Analyze multiple data sources and underlying data models to translate source-to-target mappings into scalable solutions;
• Assess gaps between prioritized requirements and current capabilities to generate and select solution options;
• Develop comprehensive implementation plans and deliver output according to project goals;
• Perform thorough testing and validation throughout the development lifecycle;
• Conduct root cause analysis when issues arise;
• Act as a functional subject matter expert, partnering with technical teams to troubleshoot issues and redesign processes;
• Curate and refine the product backlog;
• Contribute to the development and tracking of the technical roadmap;
• Develop training materials and deliver end-user training.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related technical field;
• 3–5+ Years of experience in business analysis or product management with a track record of defining technical requirements in an Agile environment;
• Ability to write and interpret SQL and navigate databases and data models;
• Strong experience with enterprise software or technology platforms;
• Excellent analytical, written, and oral communication skills;
• Proven ability to work effectively in a global environment with stakeholders at all levels;
• Nice to have: Familiarity with cloud-based technologies, experience with integration patterns, experience in professional services or highly matrixed organizations.
