Product Owner

N26 is a digital banking platform that provides a branchless, paperless, and fee-transparent financial experience. The company leverages technology and design to offer global banking services, including personal and business accounts, investment options, and AI-driven operational tools.

• Work with Senior Product Leadership to align roadmaps with the company-wide AI strategy;
• Drive business impact in areas such as operations, fraud detection, and marketing personalization;
• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle for Machine Learning and GenAI projects from concept to production;
• Partner with Data Science experts to ensure models solve real user problems;
• Manage the day-to-day delivery of AI products while balancing innovation with security and reliability;
• Create and share blueprints and toolkits to enable other product teams to integrate AI autonomously.

• 2+ Years of experience as a Product Manager in a technology-driven environment;
• Proven track record of shipping products powered by AI or Machine Learning;
• Strong grasp of AI fundamentals, including LLMs versus traditional ML methodologies;
• Ability to work with complex datasets and define/track KPIs;
• Experience working in an Agile environment and managing multiple stakeholders;
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical partners;
• Nice to have: Experience in the financial services industry.
