- Own puzzle/casual game products from concept to launch and iteration;
- Turn gameplay ideas into clear systems, rules, constraints, and progression models;
- Work on level generators, validation processes, difficulty metrics, and content pipelines;
- Collaborate with developers to keep core game logic transparent and scalable;
- Identify bottlenecks in content production and solve them through automation and AI.
требования
- 3+ Years of experience in mobile games as a Producer, Product Manager, Product Owner, or Game Designer;
- Experience shipping games, features, or playable prototypes;
- Strong product ownership mindset;
- Systems and algorithmic thinking regarding solvability, randomness, constraints, progression, difficulty, and edge cases;
- Fluent Russian;
- English B1+;
- Nice to have: Hands-on experience with AI tools and rapid prototyping, experience with procedural generation, content validation, solvers, or automated content pipelines.
