Product manager software für Agentic AI

As Senior Product Manager Software (f/m/d), you shape how software products are developed and managed in the age of AI. For our clients, primarily in the manufacturing industry, you take end-to-end responsibility for software products for IT and business, from product strategy and release planning through to adoption. Your focus is on firmly embedding AI and agentic systems in product management, making product teams faster, smarter and more data-driven. You lead a team of Product Owners and are the main point of contact for product management on the client side.

• You build AI-supported product management in which Product Owners use agentic systems for discovery, backlog management, release planning and team management.
• You develop the product strategy based on thorough market, competitor and customer analyses and translate it into a vision, roadmap and release strategy.
• You take responsibility for our clients' software products throughout their entire lifecycle and identify opportunities for AI-based product features.
• You manage the product budget and make investment and prioritization decisions. You confidently represent these to the client's management.
• You lead and coach a team of Product Owners and enable them to use modern AI methods effectively in their day-to-day work.

• You have extensive experience in software product management, including product strategy and budget and decision-making responsibility.
• You already use AI tools in your product work and have a clear understanding of how agentic systems are changing product management and team management.
• You have already led and developed Product Owners or product teams.
• You are market- and customer-oriented, ideally with experience in the manufacturing industry, and are proficient in modern methods such as Product Discovery, OKRs and agile frameworks (e.g. SAFe).
• You have experience in consulting or working on client assignments, present yourself confidently and speak German and English fluently at a professional level.
