• You analyze and structure business requirements, processes and information needs, and develop viable solutions for the public welfare environment.
• You shape digital administrative and benefits processes and translate business requirements into clear concepts for IT and implementation teams.
• You work closely with business units, IT, architecture and other stakeholders, bringing different perspectives together to develop shared solutions.
• You design and facilitate workshops and interviews, and prepare the results, for example, in process models, user stories, presentations and decision-making materials.
• You contribute your own ideas on digitalization, automation, data and AI, and actively shape the further development of public services.

• You have completed a degree, for example in (business) informatics, public management, administrative sciences, business sciences or social sciences, or have an equivalent qualification.
• You have practical experience in business analysis, requirements engineering, process management or digitalization and IT projects, and would like to further develop your expertise.
• You are interested in the digitalization of the welfare state and public administration.
• You are enthusiastic about future-oriented topics such as register modernization, Once-Only, digital identities, data, automation or AI, and want to translate them into concrete solutions.
• You think analytically and in a structured way, enjoy working with different people and communicate confidently in German as well as well in English. You are also willing to travel.
