• Own the full product lifecycle, from customer discovery and strategy through launch, adoption, and continuous iteration
• Spend time with NRS merchants and staff to understand workflows, operational pain points, and unmet needs
• Define product strategy, requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature specifications
• Partner with engineering and design to deliver high-quality, scalable features
• Prioritize the roadmap using customer insights, market trends, product analytics, and business objectives
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, onboarding, and support teams to support product-market fit and product adoption
• Analyze competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation
• Define and monitor product metrics, using data to improve product performance and customer outcomes
• Serve as the internal subject matter expert and advocate for the customer voice across the organization

• 5+ Years of Product Management experience building and scaling SaaS products
• 2+ Years of experience leading mobile features and experiences
• Experience building products for SMB or consumer-oriented users, with a focus on usability and operational simplicity
• Strong product discovery, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive user experiences
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative environment with high ownership and accountability
