net2phone provides a cloud communications product with a web application, administration and supervisor consoles, receptionist consoles, a call queues wallboard, a dialer, and shared UI platform packages.
задачи
Own the technical direction for the team's applications and shared UI platform;
Deliver applications to production across ten production pods through CloudFront and Lambda@Edge;
Own the team's application template used for every new application in the organisation;
Define code review standards, manage technical debt, and maintain the quality bar;
Run the team's scrum process;
Represent frontend in architecture discussions with backend, platform, and product leads;
Write code and make technical decisions;
Lead a distributed team of three mid-level engineers, one senior engineer, and two QA engineers;
Grow engineers on the team.
требования
Experience leading a small distributed frontend team, including growing engineers;
Ownership of what the team builds and how, beyond mentoring;
Strong React skills;
Experience with legacy and greenfield codebases during a large Angular migration;
Experience owning frontend delivery to production, including builds, caching, CDN, releases, and production incident handling;
Daily experience with AI-assisted development and agentic tooling;
Comfortable running scrum for a team;
English B1 or above;
Nice to have: Micro-frontends, AWS at the level a frontend owner needs, including CloudFront, Lambda@Edge, S3, and CloudWatch.
