Our Mainline Product function plays a crucial role in building consumer-led, commercially strong seasonal ranges that form the backbone of our brand offering. As the Product Manager – Mainline, you will lead the strategic planning, development, and delivery of the core product assortment across multiple seasons. You will work cross-functionally to ensure products meet consumer needs, reflect brand identity, hit commercial targets, and land on time through a seamless seasonal process.

• Proven experience in product management or product creation within footwear, apparel, accessories, or consumer goods.
• Strong understanding of seasonal product development processes from briefing through to delivery.
• Excellent strategic thinking, with the ability to balance consumer insight, brand positioning, and commercial priorities.
• Confident leadership of cross-functional teams with strong stakeholder alignment skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decision-making and improve range performance.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence both creative and commercial partners.
• Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple seasons and priorities simultaneously.
