First Connect operates a digital marketplace that gives independent insurance agents access to more than 150 US insurance carriers and software to grow their businesses.

• Discover and define problems through data, conversations with agents, and carrier feedback
• Own the roadmap for carrier discovery and access, deciding what is worth solving and defending decisions with clear reasoning
• Own the Carrier Store end to end, including the marketplace where agents discover and request carrier access and the workflows behind more than 150 carrier processes
• Coordinate access requirements and go-to-market timing with carrier partners and the US-based business team
• Align engineering, design, and other relevant teams around problems and influence without formal authority
• Define and track KPIs, such as time from request to access and conversion, and prioritize by impact

• Currently or most recently working as a Product Manager
• Outcome-driven rather than delivery-driven
• End-to-end product ownership experience, including discovery, data analysis, and direct conversations with users and partners
• Ability to influence others through clear reasoning and problem framing, without formal authority
• Comfortable working without a rigid playbook; familiar with using Scrum and Kanban where useful
• Basic understanding of APIs and data mapping
• Fluent professional-level English and Polish
• Based in Poland and comfortable with regular afternoon and evening meetings
