• Build self-service product configuration and orchestration tools for internal regional and market teams;
• Define and execute the roadmap for N26's core product infrastructure;
• Manage transactional and gateway data flows supporting underlying financial systems;
• Maintain and scale the central product catalog covering financial features, interest rates, limits, and fee structures;
• Partner with product managers, designers, and core engineers to improve platform architecture;
• Collaborate with Local Market Teams, Legal, Operations, and Compliance to embed automated compliance guardrails;
• Oversee technical relationships and integrations with third-party core banking providers and external financial vendors.

• 4+ Years of Product Management experience, ideally in FinTech, modern banking, core banking, or a complex platform/API-driven ecosystem;
• Strong familiarity with backend architectures, relational databases, system integrations, and internal API products;
• Experience with centralized digital product catalogs, configuration engines, or complex financial orchestration systems;
• An undergraduate degree in STEM, Business, or Economics;
• Autonomous and adaptive working style with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong bias for action;
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
• Deep understanding of agile product development, continuous integration, and scalable delivery practices;
• Nice to have: Experience managing high-engagement third-party vendors and aligning external roadmaps with internal engineering goals, an MBA, MS, or equivalent advanced degree.
