• Define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Judicial;
• Develop scalable, automated, and legally compliant solutions for judicial proceedings and enforcement;
• Drive automation projects, address legal concerns, and ensure data accuracy in highly automated processes;
• Connect business functions, Operations, and Tech around a shared target vision;
• Create structures that enable teams to work autonomously and make decisions;
• Unite previously separate teams into a new area with a shared target vision;
• Track product KPIs and continuously optimize solutions;
• Monitor regulatory developments, technology trends, and automation opportunities;
• Evaluate innovative approaches, including AI and workflow automation, and integrate successful solutions into the product standard;
• Coordinate with Product Teams, Tech, Operations, and customer-facing teams;
• Establish clear priorities and aligned roadmaps;
• Identify user and stakeholder needs, validate hypotheses, and prioritize product development based on data.

• Very good German and English skills at least at C1 level, both written and spoken;
• At least three years of Product Management experience, ideally in collections, FinTech, B2B SaaS, or a comparable regulated environment;
• Willingness to develop deep expertise in judicial dunning procedures and enforcement and translate regulatory requirements into modern product solutions;
• Experience building scalable and automated processes;
• Good understanding of modern automation, workflow, or AI solutions;
• Experience with data analytics and process mining tools such as Celonis or comparable platforms;
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn legal, business, technical, and user-oriented requirements into a compelling product;
• Experience working with interdisciplinary teams and managing complex stakeholder landscapes;
• Initiative, entrepreneurial thinking, and enthusiasm for actively driving change.

• The role is based at locations in Berlin, Verl, or Baden-Baden;
