Wrike provides a work management platform that helps teams and organizations collaborate, create, and manage work in one place, reducing complexity and increasing productivity.

• Define and evolve the vision, strategy, and priorities for Wrike’s Core unit;
• Manage five Product Managers across five teams;
• Ensure clarity of ownership, strong decision-making, and consistent product quality across the unit;
• Balance customer requests, enterprise needs, technical investments, usability improvements, and long-term strategic bets;
• Contribute to building processes, tooling, and mindsets for AI-native ways of working;
• Coach, mentor, and develop Product Managers.

• Proven experience leading Product Managers or managing a complex product area with multiple teams and stakeholders;
• Deep understanding of product discovery, customer validation, roadmap strategy, prioritization, metrics, and product delivery;
• Strong knowledge of B2B SaaS and enterprise customer needs;
• Ability to make trade-offs across customer escalations, technical complexity, and long-term platform direction;
• Ability to align stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Design, GTM, and executive leadership;
• Experience coaching, mentoring, hiring, developing, and managing the performance of Product Managers;
• Ability to balance power and simplicity in complex product experiences;
• Nice to have: Experience in B2B SaaS enterprise products in collaboration or productivity, practical understanding of AI-native product development and agentic workflows, visionary mindset, strong technical fluency.
