The client provides payment and transaction infrastructure for businesses in the crypto and iGaming sectors. Its platform enables partners to accept, process, and manage crypto transactions, while its analytics solution uses on-chain data to deliver operational and market insights.

• Drive the development of a mature B2B Crypto Processing and analytics platform;
• Own the product lifecycle from idea to implementation;
• Gather customer feedback and identify new product opportunities;
• Define product requirements and create detailed product specifications;
• Design user journeys, edge cases, and product improvements;
• Work closely with engineering and design teams throughout development;
• Contribute to product strategy and roadmap planning;
• Analyze competitors, market trends, and emerging technologies within the crypto industry;
• Gradually take ownership of the entire product function as the company scales.

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in crypto products;
• Strong understanding of blockchain, crypto payments, stablecoins, wallets, DeFi, and payment infrastructure;
• Experience building B2B SaaS or fintech/payment products;
• Strong product thinking and ability to make independent product decisions;
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail;
• English;
• Russian;
• Nice to have: Experience working with AI-powered products, experience launching products from scratch (0→1).
