• Own the Agent roadmap across Windows, macOS, Linux, and future platforms;
• Prioritize customer features, platform modernization, performance, and security hardening;
• Translate executive strategy, customer insight, market signals, and engineering input into a coherent technical roadmap;
• Own the roadmap for an invisible, tamper-resistant, resilient, and reliable enterprise endpoint agent;
• Set and defend performance, resource usage, footprint, and reliability standards;
• Define, measure, and meet product KPIs, including adoption, rollout velocity, deployment success, stability, crash rates, performance, detection coverage, and time-to-patch;
• Build and maintain relationships with Microsoft, Apple, the Linux ecosystem, MDM vendors, AV/EDR vendors, and the research community;
• Represent Teramind in technical discussions about the agent architecture;
• Establish product management rigor through PRDs, prioritization frameworks, release cadence, and success metrics.

• 5+ Years of product management experience;
• At least 3 years owning a technical platform, SDK, agent, or systems-level product;
• Ability to operate autonomously and influence as a senior individual contributor without needing headcount;
• Ability to reason about Windows architecture and macOS system extensions, including Endpoint Security and Network Extension trade-offs;
• Experience shipping endpoint security, endpoint monitoring or management agents, OS-level tools, developer tools, systems software, or infrastructure products;
• Outcome-focused approach with measurable success criteria;
• Ability to reason about security trade-offs involving visibility, privacy, tamper protection, usability, cloud processing, and on-device intelligence;
• Ability to communicate effectively with engineers, customers, executives, and customer security teams;
• Strong product management rigor and ability to structure product work;
• Strong written communication skills for PRDs, decision memos, release notes, and engineering-facing specifications;
• Nice to have: engineering background in systems, kernel, driver, or low-level platform programming; Windows Filter Drivers, Minifilters, or WFP; macOS Endpoint Security framework or Network Extensions; MDM ecosystems such as Jamf, Intune, Workspace ONE, or Kandji; Linux endpoints, eBPF, kernel modules, or userspace agents; insider risk, DLP, or behavioral analytics; AI/ML at the edge or on-device inference; EDR/AV co-existence and exclusion lists at scale.
