product manager for verification platforms

inDrive operates a global platform serving drivers, couriers, and vehicles across 48 countries. Its verification domain supports platform safety, trust, and unit economics through automated checks and manual review operations.

• Own the vision, strategy, and execution for verifying millions of drivers, couriers, and vehicles across 48 countries;
• Expand rule-based and AI/ML verification pipelines, including OCR, biometrics, and API integrations;
• Transform manual review workflows, queues, and dashboard UX to speed up review times and reduce human error;
• Convert frontline operational pain points into product features and a unified strategic roadmap;
• Take full accountability for verification unit economics and reduce cost per verification while protecting accuracy and completion rates;
• Orchestrate complex, multi-team roadmaps across Engineering, Data Science, Security, Operations, and Business leadership;
• Build scalable, privacy-compliant verification architectures aligned with GDPR and local laws;
• Use data analytics and continuous testing to improve verification accuracy, speed, and cost efficiency.

• 4+ Years of core PM experience in high-volume platforms such as Ride-hailing, Marketplaces, or FinTech;
• Experience focused on back-office and internal operations tools;
• Hands-on experience with human-in-the-loop products, including routing, queues, or moderation;
• Track record of reducing operational cost per task and turnaround times;
• Strong focus on operational UX, operator speed, and minimizing human error;
• Technical fluency in microservices, backend integrations, and data pipelines;
• Ability to independently perform analytics and experimentation;
• Holistic understanding of balancing conversion metrics with risk and fraud guardrails;
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to align teams across 5+ departments;
• Professional working proficiency in English at B2/C1+ level;
• Nice to have: Russian.
