The company’s platform connects millions of drivers, couriers, and vehicles across 47 countries. Verification is a key part of the platform, affecting onboarding speed, operational costs, trust, and safety.

• Scale automated document and identity checks to approve high-volume applicants quickly and safely
• Redesign workflows, queues, and review interfaces to increase operator speed and reduce human error
• Translate operational bottlenecks into product features and strategic roadmaps
• Own cost per verification and reduce expenses while maintaining conversion, speed, and safety standards
• Align roadmaps across Operations, Risk, Security, Engineering, and leadership to achieve global goals
• Build compliant processes for local data privacy laws, including GDPR, without adding user friction
• Run tests and analyze operational performance to improve speed, accuracy, and cost efficiency

• 4+ Years of product management experience scaling high-volume platforms, focused on internal tools and operational workflows
• Proven experience managing human-in-the-loop workflows and reducing cost per task and review times
• Strong functional UI/UX design skills for efficient, accurate operations workspaces
• Ability to partner with engineering teams on API integrations, workflow rules, and data handling
• Strong analytical skills and experience running structured experiments and balancing speed, cost, and risk prevention
• Experience leading cross-functional alignment across operational, business, and technical teams
• Business-fluent English (B2/C1+ or equivalent)
