• Co-own and evolve the product vision and roadmap for Studio Tools;
• Drive product strategy focused on operational efficiency, productivity and scalability;
• Partner with operational teams to understand processes, bottlenecks and user needs;
• Convert operational challenges into clear product requirements and solutions;
• Own product delivery from discovery through launch and continuous improvement;
• Prioritise and manage a backlog aligned with business value and operational impact;
• Use data and business intelligence insights to support product decisions;
• Collaborate with engineering, design and QA teams throughout the delivery lifecycle;
• Continuously improve tools through user feedback, operational metrics and real-world usage data;
• Maintain high-quality product documentation, specifications and workflows.

• 5-10 Years' experience as a Product Owner/Manager working with software development teams;
• Experience developing internal tools, operational platforms or workflow-driven products;
• Strong understanding of live operational environments and the challenges of scaling them;
• A highly analytical and data-driven approach;
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills;
• Experience working within Agile product development teams;
• Ability to challenge requirements and identify simpler, smarter solutions;
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability;
• Outstanding attention to detail and product quality;
• Nice to have: Hands-on experience with Live Casino products and studio operations.
