The Genius Platform team builds shared technology foundations, services, and decisioning capabilities that power Genius across a travel platform.

Own the strategy and roadmap for a key platform area;
Translate complex traveller and business needs into reusable, scalable capabilities for multiple customer-facing teams;
Partner with engineering and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes;
Influence and drive adoption without formal authority;
Connect platform decisions to end-to-end traveller experiences;
Balance standardisation and configuration with near-term delivery and long-term platform health;
Define domain models, prioritised milestones, and measurable outcomes;
Manage dependencies, risk, and operational considerations.
требования
5+ Years’ experience in technical product management or a closely related technical domain;
Proven ownership of a technical platform, backend product, shared service, or complex domain capability used by multiple product teams;
Strong technical fluency across APIs and interface design, service-oriented and event-driven architectures, distributed systems, data contracts, orchestration, workflow automation, observability, operational readiness, reliability, scalability, latency, and resilience;
Ability to translate ambiguous problems into clear domain models, requirements, prioritised milestones, and measurable outcomes;
Strong product judgement and systems-oriented thinking;
Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders;
Comfortable working across privacy, security, compliance, and governance disciplines;
Able to ensure responsible use of traveller data;
Preferred: degree-level education in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience;
Nice to have: experience in loyalty, rewards, promotions, marketplaces, payments, or other rules-heavy domains; experience designing platform adoption approaches such as onboarding, documentation, migration paths, and internal support models; familiarity with decisioning and measurement related to platform value; experience building and evolving shared capabilities spanning domain models, APIs, workflows, events, and reporting in a multi-team environment.
