product manager for Marketplace Technology EMEA

• Establish a clear vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for the capability, grounded in high-value business outcomes and technology direction
• Build coalitions across distributed Global and EMEA teams, create shared ownership, make decisions visible, and unblock cross-functional alignment
• Champion the capability with EMEA business, Global Technology, and senior leadership; represent it in cross-organizational and global forums
• Partner with Architecture and Engineering on key design decisions, integration and orchestration patterns, and non-functional requirements
• Bring Agentic and Generative AI into the roadmap where they create outsized value, test assumptions through experiments, and adapt as the technology evolves
• Drive adoption, enablement, and value realization; measure success through the products, teams, and business outcomes the capability enables

• 10+ Years of product management experience, including leading complex, enterprise-scale capabilities in cross-functional, multi-team environments
• Proven experience owning enterprise capabilities that interact with multiple product teams and business stakeholders
• Strong understanding of platform technologies, integration architectures, and enterprise orchestration layers
• Ability to influence without authority, build coalitions, align distributed teams, and drive decisions across organizations
• Strong executive stakeholder management and communication skills; able to present clear recommendations, hold ground under challenge, and simplify complexity for senior leaders
• Systems thinking, including identifying dependencies and second-order effects and distinguishing local optimization from enterprise value
• Understanding of Agentic and Generative AI applications in the enterprise and how they reshape workflows
• Experience leading in a distributed, cross-time-zone environment
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and a product-outcome mindset
• Strong product vision focused on business impact; able to create shared direction in complex, fragmented environments and operate with incomplete information
• Strategic thinking, clear and accountable decision-making, ability to drive innovation and results in complex circumstances, embrace change and manage conflict constructively
