The Tech-Logistics team develops solutions across the logistics process, including delivery, ordering, and returns management.

• Co-create a compelling product vision using data and insights to shape the way forward;
• Develop and validate hypotheses about user problems and work with user stories during product development;
• Drive sprint planning activities and prioritize and manage the product backlog to optimize user value and ROI;
• Create and improve software to maximize logistics efficiency;
• Collaborate with stakeholders from other departments and development teams to deliver customer value and successful product features.

• Proven track record in eCommerce and Logistics, with a focus on product management or ownership in an agile environment;
• Work in a data-driven way, using insights and analyses to derive actions oriented toward customer needs;
• Work backwards from the vision to define the roadmap and deliver customer value;
• Experience analyzing, elaborating, and prioritizing requirements;
• Excellent technical understanding of tech processes, systems, and web applications;
• Ability to map technical requirements into suitable solutions;
• Empathetic communication and an optimistic attitude when dealing with difficult issues;
• English proficiency;
• Nice to have: German language.
