• Lead the strategy for BAD (Business Application Development) Product;
• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for BAD Product systems;
• Uncover user friction through customer research, support data, telemetry, and internal team feedback;
• Map and improve end-to-end customer journeys across purchasing, subscriptions, licensing, and administration;
• Identify gaps, overlaps, and inconsistencies across sub-systems to build a unified user experience;
• Partner with engineering, design, analytics, and QA from discovery through launch and continuous iteration;
• Define and track product metrics for adoption, conversion, and support demand;
• Communicate product direction, trade-offs, and progress to cross-functional stakeholders;
• Drive product discovery and validate hypotheses through data and experimentation;
• Define the long-term vision for the licensing and administration ecosystem.

• Take responsibility for outcomes, not just task completion;
• Focus on underlying problems and desired outcomes rather than immediate feature requests;
• Work comfortably with technical complexity, trade-offs, and systems thinking;
• Prioritize quality, long-term sustainability, and user trust over short-term fixes;
• Make grounded decisions using customer research, analytics, and experimentation;
• Collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams and distinct business areas;
• Proven track record of managing technically complex SaaS, enterprise, or B2B product areas end to end;
• Hands-on experience driving product discovery, user research, and roadmap prioritization;
• Experience navigating complex customer journeys, multi-team dependencies, and cross-functional stakeholders;
• Experience making data-informed decisions using telemetry, product metrics, and experimentation;
• Work comfortably with engineering teams on technical details, APIs, data models, and system integrations;
• Fluent English.
