Fundraise Up is a global fundraising platform that helps nonprofits make donating fast, seamless, and accessible. Its technology supports donations worldwide and provides payment support, customizable donation experiences, donor and organization portals, reporting, CRM integrations, and event fundraising capabilities.

Define the Events & Commerce product direction, thesis, target segment, event scenarios, and sequenced roadmap;
Decide which capabilities belong in the shared In-Person Giving foundation and which require an Events-specific model;
Determine what Fundraise Up should build, integrate, partner on, or exclude;
Keep assumptions, success metrics, scope, risks, and product decisions visible;
Work with nonprofit fundraising teams, event operators, finance teams, volunteers, attendees, donors, design partners, and internal GTM teams;
Map workflows before, during, and after events, including purchases, donations, check-in, fulfillment, reconciliation, reporting, and follow-up;
Validate decisions through interviews, workflow observation, prototypes, and live product usage;
Shape problems including ticket sales, QR-based check-in, guest management, commerce catalogues, FMV and receipts, on-site purchases, auctions, paddle raises, refunds, attribution, reporting, and integrations;
Own the product from problem definition through requirements, delivery, launch, and iteration;
Write requirements, acceptance criteria, edge cases, state transitions, and decision records;
Make scope and trade-off decisions with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Research, QA, and GTM partners;
Design for staff and volunteer operators, self-service flows, mobile devices, optional hardware, unreliable connectivity, high-volume moments, and operational recovery;
