• Build and implement F2P systems focused on progression, monetization, live events, and in-game economies;
• Identify opportunities to use AI to improve the player experience, engagement, personalization, content, and live operations of Paper.io2;
• Own specifications, timelines, and outcomes to ensure smooth execution and high-quality delivery;
• Use A/B testing, retention metrics, and player data to refine and optimize features after launch;
• Identify strengths, address weaknesses, and iterate for continuous improvement;
• Collaborate with developers, artists, and analysts on seamless feature rollouts;
• Maintain clear documentation, resolve technical challenges, and make strategic trade-offs to deliver the best possible player experience;
• Prioritize development efforts under tight deadlines, balancing speed and quality to maximize impact;
• Monitor competitors, analyze market innovations, and rapidly adapt industry best practices.

• Previous experience as a PM, Product Owner, Game Designer, or Live Ops/Product Manager in a fast-paced environment;
• Deep passion for F2P mobile games and curiosity about what makes a game engaging and successful;
• Strong knowledge and genuine interest in AI, including generative AI, machine learning, LLMs, or AI agents;
• High standards and a drive to push the product forward and challenge weak ideas;
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;
• Based in Paris or Amsterdam.
