The company is an agentic AI startup building an orchestration platform for complex enterprise operations. The platform is being developed into a scalable enterprise product based on proven customer deployments.

Own enterprise readiness across roles, permissions and access controls;
Own security, privacy and deployment;
Own enterprise integrations and data constraints;
Own agent orchestration and workflow configuration;
Own platform reliability, governance and observability;
Work directly with the Head of Product, FDEs, design engineers and enterprise customers;
Shape what gets built and how the platform evolves.
требования
Experience building complex B2B software for large enterprise customers;
Experience shipping at pace within a startup or scale-up;
End-to-end ownership of a platform, automation or workflow product;
Direct experience with agentic AI or orchestration platforms;
Experience operating at Senior, Lead, Staff or Principal PM level;
Both startup and enterprise platform experience are essential;
Candidates from purely consumer, growth or large-company feature backgrounds are not considered.
